Rider Pro keeps the warranties for all your Crown products in one place. Here is how the process works from purchase to claim.
Registering your product
Buy your product from an authorized retailer and ask them to scan its QR code. Your warranty starts from that scan, and the product shows up in the warranty section of your app.
Making a claim
- Visit the authorized retailer where you bought the product.
- The retailer scans the QR code to start the claim.
- The app shows the depreciated amount based on when the warranty started and how long the product has been used.
- Choose to convert the amount into wallet points, or use points to buy a replacement right away.
